Miranda's Rescue conditional use permit

Urged the commission to agendize a recommendation to revoke Miranda's Rescue's permit, citing unmet conditions since 2003, kennels on a parcel not covered by the permit, waste flowing onto her property, and unpaid property taxes.

Also asked that the permit be revoked and Miranda's Rescue be required to reapply, citing unremoved structures, unpermitted kennels, enclosures not raised above flood elevation, and no emergency plan.

Said records obtained through a public records request document that Miranda continued taking in and adopting out dogs while his permit was suspended — grounds for revocation.
